History
Our family entertainment centre stands proudly on the site of Hunstanton Pier, once widely regarded as the east of England’s finest Victorian pier.
Through fire, revival and storm, this stretch of seafront has been home to family fun for well over a century.

A short history
- 1870The pier opens and is soon regarded as the finest Victorian pier in the east of England.
- 1939A fire destroys the pier’s large and popular pavilion.
- 1964After a quiet spell through the 1950s and 1960s, a new amusement building brings the pier back to life.
- 1978Heavy storms destroy the whole length of the pier, and it is dismantled.
- 2002A fire destroys the remaining building at the landward end.
- TodayOur family entertainment centre pays tribute to the pier, recreating the traditional fun visitors would have enjoyed here in years gone by. King Strikes bowling is joining soon.
